REFUND POLICY
Thank you for supporting The CieL Experience! We aim to provide an amazing experience for our fans, from unforgettable shows to quality merchandise. If for any reason you’re unsatisfied, please review our refund policy below for details on refunds, returns, and exchanges.
Ticket Refunds
Event Cancellations: If an event is canceled, you will automatically receive a full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
Rescheduled Events: If an event is rescheduled, tickets will automatically be valid for the new date. If you’re unable to attend the new date, please reach out to us at info@thecielexperience.com within 14 days of the announcement for a full refund.
No-Show Policy: Refunds are not available for no-shows. Please be sure to arrive at the venue on time.
Digital Downloads and Streamed Events: Due to the nature of digital products, refunds for music downloads, livestream events, and other digital content are generally not available. However, if you experience issues with access or functionality, please contact us for support.
Merchandise Refunds and Returns
If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include a description of the issue and a photo if possible. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund if a replacement isn’t available.

Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns and exchanges for items in new, unworn, and unwashed condition within 21 days of purchase. Items must be in original packaging and include all tags.
Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items purchased at a discount of 40% or greater
- Digital goods or accessories like stickers and downloadable items
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@thecielexperience.com with your order number. We’ll provide instructions and a return label if applicable. Return shipping fees may apply.
Refunds and Processing Time:Once we receive and inspect your returned merchandise, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges: To exchange an item, please contact us to ensure the desired item is in stock. We’ll assist you in setting up the exchange.
